This course is about developing the heads of departments to be able to identify key result areas of their subordinates that are aligned to the department KPIs. Managing KPIs competently will lead to better performance of both participants and their departments resulting to improved performance across the various business functions. To ensure that employees reach higher performance levels, managers need to keep track of employees’ performance and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are aligned with the company’s vision and mission statement. Performance indicators are important tools that enables business managers to create business management policies that can measure how well their business units are performing in terms of service delivery comparable to previous time periods.
After completion of this course, you will have better performing managers who are not only capable of identifying and prioritizing essential KPIs for themselves, but also for their subordinates and their departments. At the end of this process, the participants should be able to:
